You can be absolutely sure that the meat products we offer at our butcher shop are completely deserving of your trust. We procure our livestock directly from local farmers who are in strict compliance with federal regulations governing livestock operations. The slaughtering process takes place at our own EU-compliant slaughterhouse. We are pleased to also offer organically grown beef, pork, lamb, veal and venison.
Among the quality hallmarks of our butcher shop is the competent advice provided by our staff and their expert handling of our products.
Our house specialties, including sausages and ham, are produced on the premises. Freshly canned and vacuum-packed products are also available. Upon request, we can have them delivered to you by mail.
